IMPORTANT
★- Read ALL TOS Information before messaging for a commission. I will know if you haven't and won't reply to anyone who hasn't.
★- You must be 13+ to commission.
★- Sexually suggestive commissions Require 18+ verification.
★- I accept Kofi ( Paypal ) and Cashapp.
★- Please have an email ready in the case I cannot send you the finished piece on other sites.
★- You can contact me on Discord at pyromanirat, or on Instagram / Twitter - Please open your DM stating you are DMing for a commission as I don't message strangers first !! Especially if you have to friend request to message me !!

DEPENDS

Fictional ships are fine so long they aren't Proship / Darkship.
Might not draw ships from certain fandoms.
I will not draw RPF / Real People unless it is you and your partner.⋆ Fanart ⋆
Heavily depends on the fandom / media in question.
Heavily depends on how the art will be used.⋆ Non-Sexual Nudity ⋆
Usually will not care about it, though I might reject some ideas. More details can be discussed before commissioning.⋆ Gore ⋆
Heavily depends on both the type of gore and the reason for the request.⋆ Furries ⋆
I am willing to draw furries, though please note that I am not skilled or practiced in drawing furries.

PAYMENT / REFUNDS
★- Flat price will be given once the commission is discussed.
★- Half of the price must be paid upfront.
★- Rest of the price has to be paid before the commission is finished.
★- Extra fees will be added if needed.
★- You do not have a time limit for when you need to pay, though I will not start the commission until half is paid, and I will not give you the final product until the full is paid.

★- Once a commission is paid for in any amount, there are no refunds if anything happens on your side.
★- If I cancel a commission because of your actions towards me / others, you will not receive a refund.
★- If I feel as if I can't finish the art as promised, you will receive a refund.
★- If I feel like I overpriced the art for the quality being given, I will refund you the extra amount I charged you.

PROCESS
★- You do not need to act professional around me, as long as you clearly communicate your wants without confusion.
★- Please provide any sort of reference you can for what you want. This can include Picrews, Pinterest boards, Dress-Up Games, Detailed Text Description, etc etc. I have a Pinterest board you can look at if you don't have any references. I will block you if you use AI for any references or communication.
★- If you need specific requirements for the piece, like specific canvas size or CMYK colours, please tell me before I start the piece.
★- Updates will be given regularly on my end so long as payment is made. You are always free to ask me for updates as long as you aren't spamming me.
★- Put in your message a fruit so I know you read this fully.
★- Please try to alert me to any changes during the sketch faze. While I will do non-drastic changes for free, it would just be preferred.

FINAL RULES / NOTES
★- Credit me when using my work. I want the credit to either link back to this carrd, my other carrd, my twitter, or my Instagram.
★- I will make it clear if a commission idea makes me uncomfortable. Unless it is explicitly against my TOS, I am willing to negotiate a different idea.
★- You are not, under any circumstances, to use my art for AI or NFT purposes.

★- You request something very explicitly against my TOS.
★- If you ignore any discomforts I have.
★- You're being rude to me or others.
★- You're harassing me or others.
★- You're trying to guilt-trip me.

★- You try to give alterative payment methods.
★- You try to find loopholes in my TOS.
